The 1st Annual KnowHow Conference offers a 2-day program designed for those concerned about stimulating business processes, productivity, and innovation. Sessions emphasize that knowledge transfer and innovation are not stand-alone initiatives, but totally integrated into the business and daily workflows. Conference sessions will build upon a keynote presentation by Peter Senge of MIT and author of The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization; The Dance of Change: The Challenges to Sustaining Momentum in Learning Organizations and his most recent, Presence: Human Purpose and the Field of the Future.
